I. Introduction and requirements of N1 45N magnetic particle lifting force test block:
1.N1 type 45N magnetic particle lifting force refers to the magnetic yoke of portable magnetic particle testing machine at the maximum magnetic pole spacing, the attraction to ferromagnetic materials.
2. The lifting force of the magnetic yoke depends on the cross-sectional area of the magnetic yoke core, the magnetic properties of the core material and the size of the excitation specification.
3. The lifting force of the magnetic yoke reflects the attraction of the magnetic yoke when the peak value of magnetic induction intensity B reaches a certain size.
4. When the magnetic yoke is used at the maximum spacing, the AC electromagnetic yoke should have at least 45N lifting force; DC electromagnetic yoke should have at least 177N lifting force; The cross magnetic yoke should have a lifting force of at least 118N (the gap between the magnetic pole and the workpiece surface is 0.5mm).
