HUATEC HG-904B 4 channel a multi-functional instrument, features a versatile input port that can connect to various types of sensors. It utilizes advanced microelectronics, signal analysis, and fault diagnosis technologies, integrating equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis capabilities into a single unit.
The analyzer Instrument includes the function of four-channel vibration data acquisition, which can complete vibration measurement on-site and automatically store tens of thousands of vibration feature values and spectra of measurement points. It can also display one to four channels of waveforms and spectra synchronously on-site. Software overview:
With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and big data platforms, we have integrated the functional advantages of our existing software system and adopted the Windows.Net 3.5-5.0 platform, Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 suite, and MySQL database. The communication between the software system and the collector adopts a unified UDP architecture, and the software system is designed with both network and stand-alone versions. After nearly a year of efforts, we have launched the latest version of the Enterprise Equipment Intelligent Monitoring and Diagnosis System (hereinafter referred to as the EMD system). By utilizing the flexible client software operation and comprehensive analysis tool advantages, users can monitor data more conveniently and analyze the causes of abnormalities more effectively. The system software is compatible with multi-channel network data collectors, wireless monitoring collectors, and offline handheld analyzers. While analyzing online data trends, the handheld analyzer can supplement data collection to make the analysis of on-site equipment more comprehensive, thereby comprehensively analyzing unit trends and abnormalities, accurately identifying the causes of abnormalities, and maximizing the safeguard of on-site equipment.
