Leeb Hardness Blocks for Leeb Hardness Tester
Purpose: The hardness block for the Leeb hardness tester is mainly used to calibrate and verify the accuracy of the Leeb hardness tester. It provides a known hardness reference standard to ensure that the test results of the hardness tester are reliable and accurate.

Principle: Based on the Leeb hardness principle, when the impact body of the Leeb hardness tester impacts the surface of the hardness block, the hardness of the hardness block affects the rebound speed of the impact body. By measuring the ratio of the rebound speed to the impact speed, the Leeb hardness value of the hardness block can be obtained, thereby verifying the performance of the hardness tester.
Requirements: Usually, the surface of the hardness block should be clean, free of dust, oil, and oxide scale, and its surface roughness should meet certain requirements. In addition, the hardness block should have good stability and uniformity to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the calibration results.
