General introduction

The instrument adopts the principle of electromagnetic ultrasonic, and there is no need to grind the surface of the workpiece during the detection process, and no coupling agent is required

The probe and the host are integrated, and the probe can be replaced

Configurable probe types: normal temperature probe: ≤ 120 ℃, 4MHz, mainly used to detect fine-grained materials, such as low carbon steel, aluminum, etc., with a maximum liftable distance of 4mm, high temperature probe: ≤ 800 ℃, 4MHz, mainly used to measure ferromagnetic fine-grained materials, such as low carbon steel, with a maximum liftable distance of 2mm

Lift-off effect: (actual lift-off distance is related to material properties and degrees), anti-rust film, salt deposits or any other insulating coating (oil, varnish, porcelain, plastic, etc.) can be used as operating clearance
